COBECORE project lead named tech-pioneer

COBECORE’s project lead Koen Hufkens is named as one out of 50 leading Belgian tech-pioneers by the Belgian newspaper “De Tijd”. The article highlights some of Koen’s work on combining both citizen science and machine learning within the context of ecological research. We hope this exposure brings some positive, and much needed, attention to this interdisciplinary research.
